The nature of the data
All rates, charts and converter results on this site are for information only. They are not an offer, an invitation to enter into a transaction, or financial advice.
The only rate that counts is the one your bank, exchange office or payment provider quotes you at the moment of the transaction. Reference rates are published once per working day and the market moves between one publication and the next.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep the data accurate and fresh, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, correct or continuously available. We are not liable for:
- damage arising from a decision made on the basis of data from this site;
- errors, delays or outages at the sources we take data from;
- the site being temporarily or permanently unavailable.
We are not a bank, an exchange office, a payment institution or an investment firm, and we provide no financial service whatsoever.
Reusing data from the site
The reference rates of the European Central Bank are published data and you may take them from the source itself, without our permission. The following rules apply to what is our own work — the presentation, the tables, the calculations and the texts:
- Credit the source — if you publish our presentation, state “Source: kursdanas.rs” with a link to the page the figure came from.
- No resale — you may not resell our presentation as a service of your own, nor build a site that is a copy of this one.
- No overloading — automated retrieval of pages must not endanger the operation of the site. We reserve the right to restrict access from an address that does so systematically.
Our processing and presentation create no new rights over data published by central banks. For commercial use of that data, check the conditions with the source itself.

The texts, explanations and design of the site are the work of the kursdanas.rs editorial team. Copying whole texts without permission is not allowed. Quoting shorter passages with a clear credit and a link is allowed.
Currency names and codes and the names of central banks are used solely to identify the data and its source.
Prohibited conduct
It is prohibited to attempt unauthorised access to the system, to disrupt the operation of the site, to send unsolicited mail through the contact form, or to use the site in a way that breaks the law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, where the publisher of the site is based. The competent court in Belgrade has jurisdiction over any dispute.
